Singapore Bicentennial Istana Open House
In celebration of Hari Raya and Singapore’s Bicentennial year, the Istana was open to the public on 5 Jun 2019. KWSH was one of the community partners that participated in the Open House. It was a great opportunity to showcase KWSH’s history and legacy to the public. Through simple activities such as ‘Spot the Differences’ and a quiz game, visitors learnt about KWSH’s conserved buildings and its development. Ms Halimah Yacob graced the event and even visited the Hospital’s booth, which drew more than 1,500 people.
